- PPSA Security Interest – Corrective Services Pty Ltd and it associated companies, retains the right to register security interests, caveat liens, or charges under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA) for any unpaid invoices.
- Enforcement – Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframes may result in the registration of PPSA charges, liens, and/or enforcement action without further notice.
- Copyright & Media Release – All photos, videos, and media content created or captured by Corrective Services Pty Ltd during the course of work remain the property of Corrective Services Pty Ltd. By engaging our services, you grant consent for such media to be used for compliance, training, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Acceptance – By continuing to communicate and engage services via electronic means, the recipient expressly accepts these terms.
